Exercise helps maintain the proper blood supply to the organs including skin. This good blood supply helps provide and the skin with essential nutrients which are required for the cell renewal process. Exercise also helps in detoxification of harmful toxins from the body. We are not just talking about the facial exercises rather we are taking physical activities and all types of exercises in to consideration.

Facial Massage- Best Exercise for Glowing Skin

Facial massage is the best facial exercise that you can use to get pinkish glow on your face. It also helps rejuvenate and revitalize the skin. You can use almond oil, olive oil or coconut oil for this purpose. Apply the oil on your face and massage using upward sweeping movements. Given below are some more facial exercises.

Curl your lips tightly and blow air in your mouth without opening it. Count one to five and relax. Do this 10 times.

For lips, wash your hands nicely. Put your thumb in your mouth and such it as hard as possible and then slowly decrease the pressure. Do this at least 10 times.  Try doing this whenever you are free.


A regular facial exercise routine is said to be beneficial in the prevention and cure of signs of aging skin like fine lines, wrinkles, sagging skin. Facial exercises are good for getting extra glow and younger looking flawless skin.
